JULY 20, 2003 New designs in the works! First is some amazing work from Nathan Jurevicius. Hailing from Melbourne Australia, Nathan’s whacky creations have also been made into amazing Art Toys! Go check out his wicked cool web site. Also coming down the pike, is a couple new designs from Detroit’s wayward daughter, Niagara. We tried valiantly to get new designs done in time for her Minneapolis OX-OP Gallery opening, but alas, technical difficulties at Zippo pushed these designs release date back. Never fear as they are en route, and hopefully available soon. Back in stock any moment (and sure to go right out of stock in minutes) are some old favorite designs from COOP. I recently got to see some sketches from his upcoming show, and man oh man are folks going to be blown out of the water. Don’t wait on these designs though, as we’ll only have ‘em a short while. NOVEMBER 13, 2002 The brand new Flame Rite Signature Series is here! The Signature Series is an ultra-collectible line of limited to ultra-limited runs in specially packaged editions that are signed and numbered by the artist. The first two designs sold out in days (and we expect future editions to go just as fast). Unfortunately, until the website overhaul is complete, we won¹t be able to handle pre-sales or pre-orders for new and upcoming designs, so in the meantime keep yer eyeballs glued to this site. With the introduction of the Signature Series, all currently stocked Flame Rite Zippo designs will be allowed to go out of print. We¹ve decided to stop carrying such a massive back catalog and have fun doing more new designs in vastly smaller numbers instead. Keeps it interesting (for us, and for you). So as the available stock dwindles away, expect to see the e-Bay collector frenzy kick in. Don¹t say we didn¹t warn you.
